Frequently asked questions
What is a 'premium' placement?
With a Premium listing, your program appears above every Partner and standard listing in each directory it belongs to. It is also featured on the homepage and alongside other programs' reviews, and your own review page shows no other programs.
How are list rankings determined?
Directories are arranged by listing level: Premium first, then Partner, then standard listings. Within each level the order is randomly generated: every time the page is refreshed the list order is shuffled, ensuring all programs at the same level are evenly promoted across the directory.
Where are the featured placements located?
Premium listings appear in two additional places across the site: a shared slot on the homepage under featured programs, and the recommended programs shown with other programs' reviews.
Do I get help setting up my profile?
Yes. Partner and Premium listings come with your very own marketing advisor, who will assist you with profile setup, lead tracking and conversion, and much more. Premium adds a dedicated account manager.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-off listing fee applies to all new affiliate programs. This covers profile creation, program verification, content formatting, category assignment, and optimisation before publication. For a standard listing it is the only fee.
Do you offer Enterprise advertising?
Yes. Enterprise options are tailored to your marketing objectives and may include premium placements, sponsorship opportunities, and customised campaigns across our network. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
Can I upgrade my listing?
Absolutely. You can move from a standard listing to Partner or Premium at any time. If you're looking for additional exposure beyond Premium, Enterprise options can be tailored to your needs.
How is a subscription billed?
Partner is an annual subscription. Premium is priced monthly and billed annually. Ask for our rate card and media kit for current rates and multi-site packages.
